Can't downgrade from Developer to Core plan

I’ve tried to downgrade our Developer plan to the Core plan several times this week but there is a JavaScript error that pops up in the top right of the page: “undefined is not iterable (cannot read property Symbol(Symbol.iterator))”

I’ve submitted two different support tickets about this issue this week but haven’t heard back from anyone.

Can someone please downgrade our account or fix the JavaScript error?

hi @cca that’s odd, I cannot see any related ticket on our side. Can you let me know the ticket ids or submit another one here Contact Us | Infura
We’ll manually downgrade your account and look into this error.

Thanks Traian! I’ve submitted a new support request at Contact Us | Infura

When I submitted the support tickets before at Ethereum API | IPFS API & Gateway | ETH Nodes as a Service | Infura I never received a confirmation email, although the support page told me the tickets were created successfully. Maybe there’s a bug with the support page as well?

Got it, replied to your ticket. I’ll look into the ticket issue, that is a different low than the one you’ve used now, we might have an issue with that one. Thanks !
