Failed to get chain ID from remote ethereum node

Hi,

I keep receiving failed to get chain ID from remote ethereum node: Post "https://mainnet.infura.io/v3/xxxxx": dial tcp 34.203.20.107:443: i/o timeout when I test with my app.

What does it mean and how may I fix it?
