Hi, we purchase and most likely are still paying for a service plan on infura, however we can’t figure out who was the owner of the account. Some team members are no longer on the team and we suspect our plan was purchased with his email, (email inbox is no longer active). Is there any way to get some kind of support so we can transfer the ownership of this address ? Also we are having issues with infura ATM, so we would want to figure out if our plan is no longer enough. Also tried contacting infura via twitter dm.
