Infura IPFS free tier 5GB download per month

In the screenshot below it says that Infura IPFS free tier includes 5GB per month of downloads.

I’m trying to understand what that means so have a couple of quesitons.

  1. Say I pin a 100 MB file and then thousands of users are downloading that file, will their aggregate downloads count towards my 5GB per month limit for downloads?
  2. If they do count towards my 5GB per month limit, will I then get charged?

The 5GB free limit refers to uploading/downloading storage.

  1. Yes, it will aggregate the downloads count to your 5GB limit.
  2. You will be charged for the amount of downloads the users are doing.
