In which uprade Infura can I work with IPFS and update metadata from a Dapp. I can do it with Core

Our current premium plans do not include any additional functionality to our IPFS functionality. We are currently working on a premium IPFS plan to be released later this year.

You can definitely use IPFS through Infura, all supported methods are documented here and this section specifically covers adding files through the Infura IPFS API.
