Is ITX restricted to beta users now?

I have followed this article to use ITX.

I enabled ITX and added API request of relay transaction.
However, I got an error that says ITX is only for bate user, when I called relay_getBalance method.

Could you please teach me how to enable or register beta user?

Could you please open a support ticket (Ethereum API | IPFS API & Gateway | ETH Nodes as a Service | Infura) and share with us the following details: ProjectID and Params you’re using. We’ll try to reproduce this behaviour.
