I’m trying to deploy a simple contract on arbitrum testnet and im using the infura api for arbitrum given in the free plan, but i’m encountering this error. What am i doing wrong?

Just to double check - you have selected the Arbitrum Rollup add-on as outlined in this blog post, correct?
