Public API endpoints in other regions

Hi,

Currently infura provides api endpoints in US region only.
It would be awesome to have them in other regions as well in order to reduce latency for projects running in non-US regions.

Thank you for the feedback, we completely agree and better global availability is definitely on our roadmap.
