Tracking sales prices of erc721/1155 tokens using BLUR/WETH

Hello!
I currently have subscriptions for erc721/1155 tokens working but I am looking to also track the prices if deemed a sale. Using web3.py how can I get individual prices of these transfers if they are bought using the BLUR pool or WETH?

I have no issues with regular eth sales but its having trouble determining blur/weth pricing.
