API Information - Contract Creation

Hi all,

I have only recently started to learn programming (still a novice) and trying to work my way around ethereum/infura.

Can someone point me to some material where i can study - i want to analyse each block on ethereum for transaction / contraction creation (new token creation).

I have managed to get the transactions (transfers) but cant seem to find the smart contract interactions

Any advice / guidance would be appreciated.
