I just created an account and created a new Web3 key. But I cannot create an IPFS key in Ethereum API | IPFS API & Gateway | ETH Nodes as a Service | Infura.

Hey @Steven.CT , actually this is the expected behaviour for new users since we just upgraded our IPFS infrastructure.
To ensure a smooth upgrade experience for our existing IPFS users, Infura will be temporarily limiting the setup of new IPFS Keys in the Infura dashboard.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused and once this limitation will be lifted we will announce it on our blog.
