Can't connect with my Wordpress Plugin

Hello,

i have an Wordpress site with the Crypto Donation Plugin. I have also an account on Infura and an API key. But i can’t connect the plugin with the host service in Infura.

The message is: “Failed to register your site. Please try again!” Unfortunately i can’t upload a pic for you. I hope someone can help me.
