Hello - lately having trouble connecting to infura node. Ping loses all packets.
Does infura support ping or any other diagnostics?

Hi @vitalyru - welcome to the Infura community! We have an idle timeout of 1 hour on any websocket connection so we always recommend that users add a ‘ping’ to their websocket connection to avoid being timed out. We also recommend that users account for disconnect and reconnect.
