It seems you are trying access a CID using a gateway from another provider, maybe thirdweb? not sure how we can help here. Can you contact thirdweb support?
Do you have an Infura account?

I understand, but this is not an Infura IPFS URL. This looks like an IPFS gateway belonging to thirdweb, which is a different provider than Infura. You will need to contact thirdweb support or their documentation to see how you can authenticate your request. As much as we’d like to, we do not provide support for thirdweb or other providers.
