ITX: is there a gas price escalation ceiling?

ITX handles the escalation of gas price in times of congestion resubmitting the transaction with higher prices until it is mined.

My question, is there an gas price upper limit. eg. once escalated to say 300Gwei it will stop and just wait for mining or for the price to decline again. Or … will it keep raising the price higher until the tx is mined within the time frames defined for slow and fast?

Hey, thanks for the feedback ! We’re not having an upper limit at this point but it is something that was previously passed to our product team who’s currently working to redesign ITX a little bit.
