Payment plan failed

When I update subscription on, the following error appears on the page.

Payment for this subscription requires additional user action before it can be completed successfully. Payment can be completed using the PaymentIntent associated with subscription.latest_invoice. Additional information is available here:

So I try to repeat 3~4 times, click update subscription,and the page feedback information is as follows.

You have exceeded the maximum number of declines on this card in the last 24 hour period. Please contact us via if you need further assistance

What should I do to pay for the plan?
