Scale the IPFS or Swarm network

My question is is it possible to scale the IPFS or Swarm network just to test a Dapp with Testnet Rospten, (not to use a geth node) with an infura plus core plan account, if so please tell me where I can get documentation for Do it, very grateful for your help.
