SEPOLIA TESTNET ETH requires ETH activity in METAMASK wallet

Hi,

I am trying to get Sepolia Testnet ETH in my Metamask wallet. But it says no ETH activity in my Metamask wallet. I am new to ethereum and have no ETH activity in Metamask. How can I get Sepolia Testnet ETH from Infura or other place.

pls suggest.
